Dear Woodard Family:

I am saddened to hear of Poss' passing. So soon after the loss of my Mother, Ruby Litaker. I recall all the times we had on West 7th St., growing up as kids. I even remember Poss' beautiful dog, Rainey. She was such a gentle girl. Sharon, Cathy, Shane, I too recall many of the crazy incidences that occurred in the neighborhood. Sharon, I won't forget when you broke your leg swinging on the kitchen cabinets. Its good to remember the old days and the happy times....

My precious Woodard family. Thank you for allowing me the pleasure of getting to know and love Poss. He was a great man. You all are very dear to my heart. My love and prayers are with you all.

Geri and family, I am so sorry for your loss. My girls always enjoyed Trick or Treating at Uncle "Possum"'s house. He and Charlie are swapping stories now.

Gerri, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost Charlie October 31 so I know how your heart yearns for Poss. Just trust in the Lord to give the the strength to handle things. He will. You are blessed with good memories of a long life together and children who love you.

Shane & Cathy, I'm so sorry for your loss.

I have such wonderful memories of both of you way back to Sunday School at Second Presbyterian Church and Poss playing on the church's softball team. You two were the most beautiful couple I have ever seen. May God be with you and fill you with peace as you adjust to life as it will be now; still, I know you will find comfort in knowing that Pass is at peace and has received the awesome gift of new life that is ours through Jesus Christ. Our love and prayers are with you and the rest of your...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

So sorry to hear of your loss. We will be thinking of you all during this sad time.
