Tia Margie, My heart and love go out to you and your family. Phil was always respectful to everyone he spoke to and always had a smile on his face. He had a way of making you feel special when around. We are saddened but we also rejoice in knowing that Phil is at peace and with Our Lord. He will be missed and remembered always. May the perpetual light shine upon him!

My memory will permanently photograph my cousin Phil's sincere smile of joy whenever I would see him. I always felt such a beam of light extending from him. He radiated such warmth and angelic kindness whenever we would talk. I will always picture him that way, and how kind he was to me... making me feel welcomed. He expressed through his eyes and open arms such excitement and joy to see family. He would make me feel so good. I am certain God was pleased by his loving nature for his family...

Phil was able to put his experiences in perspective and learn from them, a trait I find not...
