Not sure what to say?

I will love Grandma forever and ever.

Yvonne - a dear sister, confidante and best friend. We traveled the road of life together - so many happy memories of times shared. When you embarked on your retirement project on Ancestry.com you opened another world of information regarding the family which became so meaningful when shared your discoveries. Now you have left a family to treasure all of those memories. You are sadly missed, but lovingly remembered, specially by me on Thursdays at 5:00pm when we shared our news and views...

Kind, Thoughtful, Wise and Cheerful. - Special Memories of my sister Yvonne, I Feel so sad that she is no longer with us. Valerie Evans Lambourn. Berkshire, England

I was so sorry to hear of my Aunty Yvonne's passing. A huge loss to all her family and friends. I'm so pleased I met up with her and my Canadian family last year before she left us. She was taken from us all far too soon and is very much missed.

I met Yvonne in 1956 at the Westminster Bank Ltd. Training School in Oxford, England. We kept in touch in the following years and came to Toronto together in 1962. We shared an apartment for two years until she married her beloved Ray. Dave, our boys and I had marvelous family holidays with them both and their children. In recent years we skyped, frequently. The last time we skyped, Yvonne was getting ready very happily for the upcoming annual holiday with her children and grandchildren....

I met Yvonne in the 1960's and consider her to be one of the best people I have ever known. Kind, funny and devoted to her family. The world seems a lesser place without her.

Mothers Day 2016

Yvonne was a wonderful sister and mentor to me. She was taken from us too soon. She will always be in our thoughts.

Yvonne was a special lady, we worked together for many years, had lots of laughs and fun times in Steveston. I am so sorry to hear of her passing, I know she missed Ray so much and now they are together. My deepest sympathy to her family, she will be missed, Gloria Trimble
