Roy, Marty, Ryan, Scott and all the extended family, I do not have the words to say how much Ada McClure meant to me except unconditional and nerver ending. From the first time I met her she made me feel so welcome and loved that I can never forget that day and every day since just knowing her. Not only did I look forward to talking to her every week but when she made me feel so special in every way. I know her not only as Jan's aunt but as mine too as we would talk about the Lord and about how she was praying for everyone else because she knew she would be seeing all her loved ones some day.
She always wanted to talk to me about her Gators, Rays, Marlins and of course the Kentucky Wildcats so we did just that. All I can say is what others have said and that is there is a very special LADY in Heaven talking Jesu, Harold, Hubert, Gail and the rest of those good folks. Love You Ada!!!!!

No words can describe the hurt that the McClure and Turner families are feeling right now. I wish that I could have been there to say "I LOVE YOU MAMAW" before she passed. She brought many smiles to peoples faces throughout her years on this earth. She always was a "CHRISTIAN LADY" who wanted to see everyone that she met in life again in HEAVEN one day. She always made sure that us grandkids and everyone knew that Jesus died for us. I just wish that I could have shared more time with her in her living years. I was to busy doing the wrong things and only cared about myself. I'm so sorry for not amending my wrongs before now. I know deep down inside that you are in Heaven reading this and looking down and forgiving things. God has taken a great woman from this earth and I would be real selfish to be upset with God!!!! When I found out the news I cried and cried, but when I spoke with Dad he told me that he found a note that she wrote and it said....The happiest day of my life will be when I see Jesus....I felt a total peace in my heart. She has no more pain and suffering. She is probably hugging Papaw Roy and Great Mamaw Turner and alot of other friends and family. "THAT'S WHAT I CALL A FAMILY REUNION" One day I will see your smiling face again. I LOVE AND WILL MISS YOU DEARLY. Thank you for giving me alot of great memories and I will never forget you.

Dear Roy and Marty. Kathi and I were so saddened to learn of your mother's passing. She was a wonderfull women who always made us feel welcomed. I remember she made me feel like one of her sons when you and I were running around here in Charleston. Even after she moved to Florida and we would visit it was like we had just seen each other a couple days earlier. What a great smile and she would hug like she meant it. We will miss her.

She was a pretty lady, inside and out. Even though I haven't seen her for many years, that angelic face shines through in her recent photo with a twinkle still in her eyes when she smiled... and she was still pretty!
Roy, I pray for you and your family during this tough time. Even though your Mom lived to a glorious age, we're never ready to say goodbye. I pray God will comfort and keep you through your sorrow.
The Good News is we'll be together again one day with those we love and miss here. I know that you hold that in your heart, and it will keep you going through another painful loss. I am so sorry for the hurt you feel.

Ada could not help but be a blessing to everyone with whom she came in contact. She loved unconditionally, she prayed fervently, and she always spoke the truth. Her tremendous love for the Lord, her husband, her boys(as she always called them), and all of her extended family was no secret! She was the epitome of a Godly woman. I am and will always be so proud to call Ada my friend. I will miss our visits and phone conversations; I will always treasure the footprint she placed on my heart. Until we meet again, my sweet prayer warrior Ada, thank you!

My Aunt Ada will always be dear to my heart... i think back to my childhood days in Cynthiana,at my Great Grandmothers house arm wrestling with Uncle Harold, and going to Wva. to visit Aunt Ada... She always had a kindness about her unmatched by anyone i have ever known. She was indeed a light to this world that was fueled by Gods Grace..

Roy and Marty...
I'm so sorry about Ada, she was always so good to us, even though we didn't see her often, some of my fondest memories as a child are of her. I can remember when she would visit, she treated Daddy as if he were still 5 yrs. old and he loved it. When I was about 10, she brought me a bracelet with a heart and cross charm for my birthday, I still have the charm now, 55 yrs. later. I know how much you are going to miss her but she's happy now, she's with the Lord, your Dad and all of her family...the Christmas card I received from her last year said that exact thing...how much she missed them all. Love and prayers, Jimmie Marian
