Jack Stewart Estero, FL
Jack Stewart, 78, of Estero, died Monday, September 24, 2012. Formerly of Chicago, IL, he had been an Estero resident for the last four years. He was born Clarence H. Stewart on July 31, 1934 in Williamsport, PA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force in Korea. He was Vice President of the Chicago Truck Drivers Union, Teamsters Local 710, the Bonita Springs Moose Lodge #1454, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Bonita Springs Aerie #4002 and the VFW, Bonita Springs Post 4254. He was active in numerous charities, including and dear to his heart his annual golf event for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Mr. Stewart is survived by his loving wife, Carol A. (nee Ford) Stewart; sons, Dion and James; and granddaughter, Jenny.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Bonita Springs Moose Lodge, 25101 Old 41 Road.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Mooseheart Child City & School, Mooseheart, IL, 60539. www.mooseheart.org.
