Anthony Bonavico
Naples, FL
Anthony Bonavico, 80, of Naples, FL, passed away on December 20, 2012. He was a talented man and loving father. Always driven and with great foresight, Anthony thrived on knowledge and put himself through Rutgers University. He early on identified a career in computer systems as full of promise, and one that would use his keen sense of logic. He retired from the Prudential Insurance Co. after 35 years of service as a Vice President of Information Systems.
Anthony was always interested in history and culture, and loved to impart this information to his family, especially when traveling with his wife and children across the world. He often said that family is the most valuable thing in life.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Caroline; sister, Joyce; brother, Ron; daughters, Lisa and Laura; son, Chris; son-in-law, James; and grandchildren Kellianne and Matthew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 27th, at 11:00 a.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, followed by a 2:00 p.m. Mass at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Road.

The Nic P.Neumann family offers its condolances to the Bonavico family.
I (Nic) also worked at PRUPAC in IT around the time of Tony's promotion to Director/AVP.
Our paths took us into quite different directions. Tony was a longtime loyal Company Man while I became a "serial" entrepreneur.
It is interesting that after so many years, our families' paths would cross once again.
While Tony's remains were laid out for viewing at the Fuller Funeral Home on the 27th of December, my Mother, Catherine, 92, died here in Naples. Her viewing was also at Fuller (on Sunday, 12/30/12) with Funeral Mass held at St. Williasm Church on Monday, 12/31/12. We subsequently buried her in Chicago.
Tony, Rest in Peace!

We are neighbors of Tony and Carol and have very much enjoyed our discussions about cruises and other IMPORTANT things in our front yards. We have great sympathy for all the family and wish you all the best at this painful time.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Anthony Bonavico as he is laid to rest. Laura and I worked together for several years and during that time her family was such a joy to know. I am so saddened by Mr. Bonavico's passing and pray for love, healing and peace for the family. Love to all of you and may God bless...
