Andrée Rhéaume Fitzhenry passed away from cancer at age 71, at home and surrounded by family on Saturday, February 9th, 2013. Andrée was born on November 13th, 1941 in St-Come de Beauce to Marguerite and Marcel Rheaume. She was one of seven children including Guy (Claudia), Jacques (Jacqueline), Jean (Fleurette), Johanne (Gene), Yves (Lise) and Sylvie (Stephane). She was a vibrant and elegant world-traveler who divided her time between Toronto, Vermont, Barbados, and Florida. She enjoyed art and fine wine, and loved dogs, horses and new technological toys. She was a talented visual artist, specializing in landscape paintings. She also had a particular flare for house design and gourmet cooking. She is predeceased by her first husband Jean-Guy Harvey, her parents Marguerite and Marcel Rhéaume, and brothers Guy and Jean Rhéaume. She is survived by her husband Robert E. Fitzhenry and their children Ann (Michael), Mary, Sean (Dorothy), Michael (Elizabeth) and Alyxandra (Khaman), and grandchildren Scott, James, Kelly, Zoe, Duncan, Griffin and Reagan, and many nieces, nephews and loving friends. A celebration of life will be held on Monday February 18, 2013 at 12p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior at the Mount Pleasant Visitation Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto 416-485-5572 (East Gate Entrance). Interment & Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking those interested to make a donation for cancer research to the Robert E.
