Michael Roach, 37, passed suddenly on July 18.
He was born in Pittsburgh and moved to northeastern Pennsylvania in 1985. He graduated from Tunkhannock High School in 1988. Mike moved to Bradenton, Fla., with his wife and children in 1995, where he worked as a Certified Auto Technician for Cox Chevrolet, then at Sunset Chevrolet for the past eight years.
Mike and his son Michael Jr. were avid ball players and dirt bike riders. They spent a great deal of time enjoying these activities with Gary Paquette and his son Ryan, along with other long-time friends.
Surviving are his wife of 13 years Karen (Murphy); children, Keenan, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Rachel and Michael Jr., at home; mother and father: Jan and Chuck Roach of Sebring, Fla.; brother and wife Eric and Shawna Roach of Canal Fulton, Ohio; mother-in-law A. Ginger Murphy; several aunts and uncle, nieces and many great friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Roach children education fund, 1215 21st Street West , Bradenton, FL 34205
Services will be held July 24 at Hope Lutheran Church, 4635 26 St., West Bradenton, Fla., at 7 p.m.
