Elmer T. Rowe, 76, of Tunkhannock, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at his home. He is survived by long time companion Carol Trosko. Born in Meshoppen on Sept. 23, 1944, he was the son of the late Ernest and Helen Shaffer Rowe. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Conflict and retired from the Boiler Maker's Union. In addition to Carol, he is survived by grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Elmer was preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Rowe; brother, Ernest P.; sisters: Marion Livingston and Barbara Fenwick. Interment will be held privately in Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock. Arrangements and care entrusted to Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock.
