Jimmie Barbina, 69, of Madison passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
He was born on April 23, 1948 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He enjoyed fishing, fixing lawnmowers, playing country music on his guitar and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. Barbina worked at Hubbell Industrial Controls, Perfection Corp and Geneva True Temper, Industrial Rayon and also was an Auto Body man.
He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy (Stivers); son James (Linda) Barbina of Unionville; daughter Lynda Barbina of Madison; grandchildren, Kalee, Michael, Rachel, David, Garrett, Sam, Hanna, Daniel Barbina; brothers, John Barbina of Madison, Bill Barbina of W.V., Julian (Bud) Barbina of Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Dorsey Barbina; 3 sisters, Sarah Feathers, Mary Carpenter, infant Rebecca; 2 brothers Tony Barbina Jr. and Frank Barbina.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Potti Funeral Home 2726 Hubbard Road, Madison, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held at 7:00pm after visitation at the funeral home.
Private will burial will be held in Madison Memorial Cemetery.
