Hey Noodle!
Thanks for being my childhood and early life buddy, a true life friend.
From times catching pollywogs and salamanders, catching monarch butterflies and praying mantises.
Understanding friendship as you'd bring me to your Ma's tilted home on the cliffs and being allowed sleepovers on the Scottish quilts.
Challenging the broken steps on the cliff to build lake fires and fish summer and winter.
Teaching me how to properly record Cleveland Indians scorecards and how to put together a proper team scrapbook.
Thanks for sharing "brother Coaches", knowledge of Buck Owens and your knowledge of Todd Rundgren, vibrating the whole house when Mom wasn't there.
We hadn't seen much of each other since my days at Kent except for visiting you at OU. Seemed like we were still friends as always.
I knew you as a gentle soul who cared for others more than himself.
I hope this passing brings you peace. Love and understanding have always been shared in our hearts.

You always remembered who I was in these last years and would stop by Faroh's Candies where I worked to say hi on occasion. I gave you a box of seconds once because I wasn't sure you were eating. You even asked me to dance at the last reunion I was attending with my husband and I was honored. I held a fondness for the very sweet guy you always were to me and all you met. Always thinking of "the other guy". I enjoyed the couple of times you stopped by Bethel Lutheran Church for the movie and a meal nights and we could talk awhile; I remember taking you to your "next stop" once, as it was raining. You are finally at peace my friend, as you look into the very eyes of your loving Savior. Well done, Nuel, I'm sure He is saying........you were a good and faithful servant.

Nuel - I didn't know you very well, but we graduated from North High together. May you now be at peace, resting in the loving arms of Jesus.
