Anthony J. "Tony" Lagano, 85, Edgewater, died Sunday, February 4, 2018. Tony, a U S Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, was born in Port Chester, NY and had been an area resident since 1969. He was the owner/operator of Tony's Auto in Edgewater for 35 years and a member of American Legion Post #17, New Smyrna Beach. Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Lagano Kelley and Lynne Lagano-Crouch; step daughter, Virginia Mumpower; two step sons, Frank and Clarence Vitalis; two brothers Santo and John Lagano; sister, Mary Bisignano; companion of 18 years, Florence Moritz; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Priscilla "Pat" Lagano. Funeral service will be 11 AM Friday, February 9, 2018 at the mausoleum in Edgewater-New Smyrna Cemetery with members of American Legion Post #17 rendering military honors.
