Brenda Meck
Brenda Meck, age 74, changed her address on July 9, 2018, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, after a courageous battle with COPD. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, and the love and prayers of family and friends carried her through the last years of her life. A loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and friend. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Clifford and Marjorie Schwing. Brenda was a very colorful, warm, and loving person with a real zest for life. She loved to dance, eat junk food, laugh, play cards, and have daily chats with her cherished friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, William H. Meck. She is survived by her children, Melissa Petersen (Russell), William H. Meck, II, and Kelli Syler (Dave), three grandchildren, Shae Rath, Kirk Petersen and Frasier Thompson, a cousin, John Haller, and many lifelong friends. Brenda touched many lives and has left this world a better place. Memorial contributions can be made to: NSB CAPS, P.O.
