Leland A. Humm

ORMOND BEACH - Leland A. Humm, 85, of Fleming Avenue, a retired Air Force veteran, who served in World War II, the Korean War and Vietnam War, died Thursday at Kindred Hospital, Green Cove Springs. Mr. Humm was born in Fostoria, Ohio, and moved to this area in 1968 from Oxon Hill, Md. He also worked for the Postal Service. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1590, Daytona Beach, the Disabled American Veterans Post 84, Holly Hill, the Masonic Lodge 270 F&AM, Daytona Beach, and the American Legion No. 3, Findley, Ohio.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Frances "Fran"; a son, Larry, Ormond Beach; two brothers, Marion, Columbus, Ohio, and John, Findley; four sisters, Sara Oswald, Florida, and Ellen Schindler, Ina Mac Steiner, and Maxine Cramer, all of Findley; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. Woodward, Holly Hill, is in charge.
