A memorial service for Ricky Ray Haddock, Sr., 69, of Daytona Beach, FL, who passed away peacefully on September 2, 2015, will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Dale Woodward Funeral Home, 167 Ridgewood Avenue Holly Hill, FL, at 5:30 pm with Chaplain Roger Lee Tiffany officiating. Calling hours will be held prior to the service beginning at 3:00pm until the start of the service. Mr. Haddock was born on August 19, 1946 in Washington, North Carolina to Robert and Edna Sullivan. Ricky was a great man and military veteran who was disabled in action. He served as the past commander of VFW Post #1590. He always wore a smile and waited for the opportunity to make us laugh and enjoy life a little more. He was pre-deceased by his daughter, Michelle Jones of North Carolina. Survivors include his loving wife, Myra, one daughter; Angela, three sons; Keith, Ricky Jr., and Tommy, two brothers; Marvin and Levey, two sisters; Shirley and Patsey, eight grandchildren and countless other friends and family members. He was "one of a kind." In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the , 1737 N Clyde Morris Blvd #140, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
