Annabella (Tyler) Corson

Springfield - Annabella (Tyler) Corson was born on October 26, 1926 to Marion and Celia Tyler. She departed her earthly home on January 21, 2018. Freddie G. Corson was born on September 5, 1925 to Frederick and Nellie Corson. He left this life on October 8, 2017. Fred and Anna were married on September 3, 1943 in Springfield, MO. They had just celebrated their 74th year together. Anna was an amazing wife, mother and best friend to all who knew her. Her spare time was used volunteering at her church, then later caring for other family members. She was a true pillar of faith her entire life. Fred was a wonderful husband, and the best father imaginable. He was a true rock of support for his family. Fred spent his career in sales after leaving the Navy. Fred dedicated his spare time to helping crippled children through the Shrine, becoming a 32nd Degree Freemason with 11 crutches on his Fez. Left to mourn their passing are a daughter Jean-Ann Barrera and her husband Romeo and son F. Marlin Corson III and his wife Tamela. They also leave behind a sister Leta Trask and a brother Lanty Tyler and his wife Sarah. Their legacy includes 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews and their families. They were predeceased by their parents, a brother Mike Tyler, a sister Fay Payne, a sister Nona Larson and a nephew Mel Payne. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Ozark on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Walnut Grove.
