Netta and Bob Eddington

Springfield - Netta Pauline Eddington, 79 years of age, passed away in her home on January 4, 2021. She was born on August 21, 1941, in Springfield, MO, to Evah (Criger) and Otto McMillian. Netta is survived by her son, Michael Cagle; nieces, Brenda Lindsey, Karen, and Kim; nephew, David Lindsey; and a sister: Shirley Lindsey. She was a homemaker.

Robert "Bob" Wayne Eddington, 79 years of age, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 10, 2016, in his home. He was born on February 17, 1937, to Erbin James and Mary Elizabeth (Nay) Eddington in Springfield, MO. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Bob retired from Associated Grocers and then worked at Price Cutter. He is survived by his children: RW, Julia, Pam and Sherry; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Netta and Bob were united in marriage on September 9, 1994. They were both members of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Springfield, MO.

A joint-memorial service for Netta and Bob will be held on Friday, January 15, 2021, at 3:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO. Bob will receive full military honors. COVID guidelines require masks and only 10 invited family and friends may be attendance.

Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Ltd. - DeGraffenreid-Wood-Crematory, Springfield, MO.
