Patsy June Baker
Patsy June Baker, age 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Patsy was born to Kenneth and Goldie Painter on June 12, 1942 in Crane, Missouri. Patsy graduated from Crane High School in 1960. She married the love of her life right out of high school, Wendell Baker on September 24, 1960. Together they raised three sons. Patsy retired from GE after 25 years of service. After retirement, Patsy enjoyed spending time with her family, and spinning reels at the casino. Patsy was the most positive and caring person even during her failing health, always concerned that everyone else was doing okay. She was determined to make every day a good day, whether she felt like it or not. She was a very thankful person, never missing a "thank you" if you had done the smallest thing for her. She loved each of us unconditionally and we will miss her sweet spirit.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Goldie and Kenneth Painter, her sister Rosie Pendegrass, her brother Ralph Painter and her son, Jeff Baker
Her survivors include her loving husband, Wendell Baker, her sons Lendell Baker (Terry), Don Baker (Darla), her granddaughters Megan Baker, Kristin Baker and Rebecca Apple. She also leaves behind her sister, Shirley Cunningham.
Visitation will be held from 1 till 2 pm on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division) with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at a later date.
The family would like to thank Jennifer, Corey and the rest of the staff at the Ozarks Dialysis Center for their love, care and compassion that they gave to Patsy.

Patsy was a wonderful person. I'm glad I had the honor to meet her and her family. She always had a smile on her face at dialysis, even when she wasn't feeling well. That smile will be deeply missed. My condolences to her family.

You were the happiest person and most caring person that I have ever known. Your radiant glow for Wendel and your gift of making my day when I was down. God has gained another angel who will be radiant. God bless you Patsy and Rest In Piece.
