Obituary
Carson Richards Young, 23, of Ft. Myers died Friday, September 19, 2003 in Marco Island, from a scuba diving accident. He was born Sept. 13, 1980 in Naples, to his parents Corey and Heidi (Nordbeck) Young. A graduate from Cypress Lake High School in 1999 and presently attending his third year of college at Edison Community College. Carson was employed with Scuba Quest of Ft. Myers. Carson's passion in life was fishing and diving.
He is survived by his loving mother, Heidi Young White and her husband James of Ft. Myers; maternal grandmother, Christel Nordbeck of Ft. Myers; paternal grandparents Malcolm and Carol Young of Loveland, CO; several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
Funeral service will be conducted Friday, Sept. 26, 2003 at 3:00 PM at the Harvey-Engelhardt Chapel, 1600 Colonial Blvd. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 5-8 PM at the Funeral Home. The Harvey-Engelhardt-Metz Funeral Homes and Crematory of Ft. Myers is in charge of cremation arrangements.
