Ken was a great teacher. A few of his maxims:
1) Water is the universal solvent; don’t bother with any other cleaning solution until you have first tried water
2) Always plan your time so you can work during the day and let the glue dry at night
3) When putting the power tools away for the night, never coil the cord around the tool; it takes too long to uncoil it the next day
4) When selling your boat to a potential buyer let them take the tiller until you see the gleam in their eye and then take the tiller back; any longer and you have satisfied their desire
5) The building material of choice is always Styrofoam

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad, Pam. I have such wonderful memories of him being such a delightful person. I so love the paintings I have of his.
