RICHARD-A.J., of Bay Shore, LI on December 28, 2004. Proud Founder and Chairman of the Board - P. C. Richard & Son. Beloved husband of the late Victoria H. Richard. Loving father of 2 sons, Peter and Nancy and Gary and Maria. Dear companion of Tina. Cherished grandfather of Darian, Susan, Gregg, Kim, Patty, Bonni, Peter and Jennifer. Cherished great-grandfather of Carli, Gary, Griffin, Courtney, Christian, Katelin, Scott, Alex, Abby, Lauren, Zachary, Victoria, Robbie, Matthew, Gabrielle, Brandon, Peter and Ashley. Adored brother of Carrie, Della, Angela and Carol. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of Southern State Parkway, Exit 45W). Visiting Sunday and Monday 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 pm. Religious Services at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Bay Shore, LI, Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at 12 pm. Entombment Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in A. J.'s loving memory to Our Lady of Consolation, 111 Beach Drive, West Islip, NY 11795 and HEED Foundation, Inc., 205 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803.

As a former employee of P.C.Richard I always enjoyed meeting A.J. when he came into the store and listenng to the tales about "The Iron" that he used to carry. He will be missed.

I never really new him but I did get a chance to talk to him from time to time as he would walk through the warehouse in hauppauge. I was working on the balcony when I started in 1988. I am now a trailor driver. I owe him for taking care of me and my family and giving me a chance to live the dream that he and his father created along time ago.
