Msgr. Simmons was a wonderful man, priest and pastor. He truly demonstrated his love for God,man, and the children of St. Peter of Alcantara school. He will be missed.

Monsignor Simmons was a very big part of my families lives growing up in Port. From his Knock Knock jokes during the mass, to asking at the end of mass who is from out of town, then telling me when we came back to visit that we are not guests but family.
