SLEVIN-Gerard P., 60, of Massapequa, NY on May 14. Beloved brother of Maureen (Perry), Robert, Timothy and John. Loving uncle of Caroline (Maureen), Ted and Lucas (Robert) and Will, TJ, Caitlin, Kristen (Timothy). Proudly served in the New York City Fire Department; retired as a lieutenant. In lieu of flowers donations to the New York City Firefighters Burn Center Foundation and/or Wounded Warriors Project, Topeka, KS 66675. Viewing Wednesday, May 17, from 2-4 and 7-9 at Massapequa Funeral Home, 1050 Park Blvd., Massapequa, NY. Funeral Mass on Thursday, May 18, 10:45am, Our Lady of Lourdes, 855 Carmens Road, Massapequa Park.
