Richard Erb Obituary
Rich was a great artist who loved spending time outdoors with his family. He enjoyed four-wheeling and helping others.
He was a member of the Zerbe Rod and Gun Club.
Richard is survived by his parents, Robert and Deborah (Yoder) Erb; his children, Amber Erb, Richard Erb Jr., Devyn Erb and Malaki Zeigler; a grandchild, Ava Garrison; three siblings, Robert Erb III, Amy Erb and Jeremy Erb, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Richard is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Patricia Erb, and maternal grandparents, Richard and Elizabeth Yoder.
ERB — Richard A. Erb, 36, of Coal Township. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donors give to their favorite charities in Richard's honor. Services are private and entrusted to Venesky Cremation Services LLC, 141 Trevorton Road, Shamokin RD 2, 17872.

It's almost been 4 years that you've been gone. I still think of you all the time. The cut may heal but the scar remains. As does the love I have for you. You'll never be forgotten. Rich, life has been turned upside down since you were taking from this world. There is a special place in my heart that will always be yours. I think about you everyday and I will never forget you. I love you and pray you are at peace. Watch over your loved one from above. You were one of a kind and to know you was to love you and I do in your death as I did in life. Missing you on days when I needed a laugh you could always do that. We crossed paths for some reason and im glad it happened even if it was a short while you knew you could always contact me no matter what we were going threw we could always pick up where we left off... love your TN girl I think of you often ....

As I sit here I wait for my phone to go off as it did every Friday at a certain time. Yet here it sits silent. I can't even explain how much I miss you. Everything about you down to my special nickname you gave me. What we meant to each other, no one could ever understand. We had something so special, I know I'll never have that with anyone else. Just as you told me those exact words. Life goes on but I'm finding it really hard to accept it and go on myself. There was always the"someday" we always talked about. As the days go on, it doesn't get easier. It's still unfathomable I will never hear your voice, get a text or message from you. I have no doubt you didn't know how many people would be affected by your loss. You were loved by so many and you will be remembered forever, until we meet again one day and I see that smile that very few people could get out of you but I did every time we saw each other.

I want to wake up from what is this nightmare. I just talked to you 2 hrs and we talked about keeping in touch. We had our good and bad times. We were both so stubborn but when you told me you were ready for the new chapter of your life and about your kids I could see the smile on your face.
