COAL TOWNSHIP - Patricia Ann (Miller) Albright, 85, of 1721 Park Ave., went home to be with her Lord Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, Dec. 20, 1935, to the late Rev. Wade and Lillian (Peterson) Miller.

She graduated from West Moreland High School, in 1953, and went on to attend Vennard College in University Park, Iowa, majoring in music.

Patricia was the loving wife of Dr. Richard C. Albright, whom she married Dec. 23, 1961. They would have celebrated their 60th anniversary this year. She retired from the Metropolitan Insurance Co. after 36 years of service.

Patricia was a loving sister to her brother, Richard, and late sister, Phyllis. She was a wonderful aunt to her nieces and nephews, as well as her great and great, great nieces and nephews. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

She was a devoted dog mom and was always talking about missing her Becca, a momma's girl.

She was a wonderful, caring, compassionate friend. She had a beautiful voice and was often a guest soloist for weddings and church services, was longtime member of the Cecilian Club and a member of the local Choraliers, in Shamokin.

ALBRIGHT - Patricia Ann (Miller) Albright, 85, of 1721 Park Ave., Coal Township. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Mountainside Assembly of God Church, 1900 Trevorton Road, Coal Township, with the Rev. Dr. Michael Goodling officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Graveside committal service will follow at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Coal Township. Arrangements are being cared for by Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation Service, 240 W. Chestnut St., Shamokin, Lori Ann Campbell, supervisor. Memorial gifts may be made to Franklin Graham's Samaritan's Purse or the Missionary Society at the Seventh Street Primitive Methodist Church, 34 N. Seventh St., Shamokin 17872.
