Dear Josef and Susan,
Today on the Ides of March--my husband Joseph's birthday--I accidentally found out about the tragic passing of your wonderful and talented son Philip. My deepest, deepest condolences to you both, to Tristan and the rest of your family. I have no words to offer you which will lessen your pain; I can only say that I am praying that the golden memories you have of your son will help bring some measure of comfort and consolation. He will forever remain in your hearts. He will always be close to you when you think of him, which is always.
Sending you healing vibes and a big hug.
With empathy, Trina

Although I've never met Philip in person, as a fellow Alaskan I've known him online as part of an electronic music community since 2013. The impact he has made on the community is immense, for he was one of a kind.
