Roberta Gulick Obituary

Roberta Gulick
Roberta "Bobbie" Gulick of Wrentham, MA passed away at age 90 on May 7, 2020 after a heroic battle against COVID-19.
Roberta was born June 4, 1929 in New Bedford, MA to Sophie and George Raphael. From a very early age Roberta showed great strength and fortitude. She carved herself a life with an amazing career, extensive travel, a loving husband, family, and many friends. She was also a dedicated advocate for a cause close to her heart, the Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
Roberta was predeceased by her husband of 33 years Robert Pennington Gulick, and by her treasured grandson John Tamas. She is survived by her brother George Raphael and her four children, Gail Andersen, David Andersen, Kerrie Harkin, Jan Aldrich and her son-in-law Marc Aldrich. Her three grandsons, Kyle Aldrich, Cameron Aldrich and Riley Harkin were the sunshine in her life.
The family gratefully acknowledges the loving care and commitment from the nurses and staff at Maples Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Expressions of Remembrance may be made to the John Tamas Memorial Schol-arship Fund, Western Connecticut State University Foundation, 181 White St., Danbury, CT 06810.
