Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.

I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the Lucas family. Mike and Jo were strong supporters of CSEA Council 400. They worked on behalf of all state retirees because it was the right thing to do. Mike headed up the annual summer picnic in which everyone had a great time. He will be missed by all of his brothers and sisters at the Union.

Mike will be greatly missd by his half sister Carol Tkacs and half brother Paul Lucas. He was always a joy to visit and both Mike and Jo treated everyone with open arms. He was the example of a person we would all like to follow with our own lives. Miss you very much.
