Bruce Wayne Hibbs II

BRIDGEVILLE - Bruce Wayne Hibbs II passed away peacefully on Dec. 15th, 2017. He was born on Jan. 23, 1991 in LaCrosse, Wis., the son of Bruce Hibbs, Sr. and Beth Hibbs Wilson.
Bruce was a brave, fearless, and handsome young man. He touched the lives of every person he met. He had a smile that could light up a room, and a laugh that was contagious. His passion was racing, where he enjoyed the competitiveness of circle track racing on dirt and asphalt. He was a loyal father, son, brother, and friend. We will miss him every day, for the rest of our lives.
Bruce was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Hibbs, Sr.
Bruce is survived by his parents, Bruce Hibbs, Sr of Bridgeville and Beth Wilson of Chestertown, Md; his two precious children, Bentley Quinn and Brystol AnnMarie; his sisters, Holly Jackson and her husband, Aaron, and Tiffany Joseph and her husband, Beau. He also leaves behind his paternal grandmother, Suzanne Hibbs of Bridgeville; his maternal grandparents, Frank and Vera Funk of Espyville, Pa.; his nephews, Kaleb, Kameron, Karter and Kaden; two nieces, Katelyn and Keslyn, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call after 11:30 a.m.
