MARSHALLVILLE, Ga. - Curtiss Clayton Kicliter, ll, peacefully passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018. The family will visit with friends on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Marshallville, Ga. with the Memorial Services, including Military Honors and Masonic Rites, to immediately follow at 3 p.m. The family respectfully asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the First Baptist Church of Marshallville, 307 East Main Street, Marshallville, Georgia 31057 or to the Kindred Hospice Foundation, 3350 Riverwood Parkway, Suite 1400, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
Mr. Kicliter was born in Fort Pierce. He was the son of the late Curtiss Clayton and Mildred Negus Kicliter. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of forty-two years, Carol Hall Kicliter; his children, Curtiss Kicliter, lll (Kim) of Marshallville, Ga., Sharon L. Francis (Bill) of Jacksonville, Christina L. Johnston (Jeff) of Palmetto, Rita C. Greeman (Doug) of Parrish, and Paula R. Whitaker of Cynthiana, Ky.; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Carolyn and Patsy.
