SMITH, WARREN T. "TOM" Warren T. "Tom" Smith, 67, of East Haven, loving husband of Gloria Jeanne (Walker) Smith passed away on August 4, 2013 at Hospice in Branford, CT. He was born in Miami, FL, on December 19, 1945, son of the late Warren T. and Theda Raffale Smith. He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an employee of over 48 years with Genalco, LLC in West Haven. He is survived by his wife, as well as a daughter, Jennifer Rivera (David), two grandchildren, David Rivera, Jr. and Samantha J. Rivera. He is also survived by two brothers, Ronnie T. Smith (Marilyn) of Wallingford, CT and Barry W. Smith of Fairfield Glade, TN, as well as his late sister Claudia A. Preston formerly of West Haven, CT. and several nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends from 4:00 -8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Graveside service with military honors will be held at Northford Cemetery, Spruce Street, Northford, CT, at 11:00 AM, on Thursday August 8, 2013.
