Ed touched many lives always to their betterment. His continuing influence on young people continued throughout his life. Many of us would not be who we are or where we are today without his help. I will miss our long late night conversations. Thank you for helping me grow and understand life. Always your friend,
Bob Burke

Ed shined the light on many young people over his years...including me as a student at Bunnell High School and a director at Hamden High School. Nobody told a story like Ed - because he loved life. He loved people. He loved theatre. Thanks Ed for all you did for CT Theatre! Rest well...

Okay - Ed is lighting up the universe. When you see a red, yellow, blue, and even white star - see if you can guess which gel Ed used to light it. Thanks to Molly Smith for the thought.
