ROTH, LUCYANN F. CAMAROTA Lucyann F. Camarota Roth, 81, of Centerbrook Road, Hamden, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Hamden on Sunday, June 9, 2013 with her family by her side. She was the wife of of the late Vincent A. Roth. Lucyann was born in Hamden on November 19, 1931; daughter of the late Michael and Louise Marino Camarota; was a Pari-Professional and had worked for the Hamden School System in Special Education for many years until her retirement; also enjoyed being a member of the "Slick Chicks" and "The Club". Mother of Carol (George) Jerolman, John (Louise) Vets all of Hamden, Edward (Cheryl) Vets of FL and the late Kathleen Acabbo. Mother-in-law of Anthony Acabbo of Hamden. Stepmother of Vincent "Bud" (Doreen) Roth of TX and the late Nancy Notaro and Edward Roth. Also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, eight step great-granchildren and to Lucyann her entire family was her "Love Bugs". Her funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Thursday morning at 9:30. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation, Cheshire, CT 06410 or the American Diabetes Association, 2080 Silas Deane Hwy., Rocky Hill, CT 06067.

Carol, I am so sorry for your loss!! I loved LucyAnn, she was the greatest!! Mrs. Roth as I called her no matter what she said, will be missed by many. After I left West Woods I really missed her humor! Again, Very Sorry to the rest of your family as well
