I knew Noel while we were both nuclear inspectors, especially while he was the Seabrook SRI. We had a wonderful professional relationship, including many very interesting phone consults in between my many inspection trips to Seabrook. The nuclear plant staff regarded him as quiet but professionally formidable, as well they should have.

Dearest Barb! Michael and I first met Noel this year as he was Dad's roommate. We so enjoyed our conversations with him and looked forward to his smiles! We hope his passing was peaceful and that you are comforted knowing he is now with God. Bless you and your family as you move through this difficult time.
