Peter Parodi Obituary
Peter Henry Parodi, Hamden, CT (Chester and Meriden) passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer on Aug. 10, 2019. Peter was born on Sept. 3, 1947 to Harry and Dorothy (Lebert) Parodi.
Peter leaves behind his sister, MarieAnne Parodi Heft, his nieces Bonni Waterman, Louann Heft, Paulette Heft, his nephew, Martin Heft, five great-nieces and two great-great-nieces. He also leaves behind his lifelong friend Guy Brown.
A memorial church service will be held on Saturday August 17, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Church on the Green in New Haven (corner of Temple and Chapel streets). Street parking only.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to: Trinity on the Green Music Program, 950 Chapel St., 2nd Floor, New Haven CT 06510.

Peter and I became friends when we were in 7th Grade at Valley Regional Junior/Senior High School. Peter was a special man and had a wicked sence of humor. Will miss him. Deepest sympathy, MarieAnn and family.

So sorry to learn of the passing of my classmate and Main St. Chester neighbor. I have so many happy memories of growing up there and of Peter. He was always so thoughtful and sensitive to others. May light perpetual shine upon him.
