Linda Ann Civitello

Linda Ann Civitello, age 53, of Meriden formerly of West Haven passed away on June 21, 2017. Born in New Haven, daughter of the late Clara "Clare" Civitello and Andrew Civitello. She was predeceased by her sister Deborah Chadunkin. She is survived by her brothers, Mark Civitello of Branford and Frank Civitello and his wife Janice of Milford, her nieces and nephews, Joseph Tewksbury, Frank A. Jr. and Jake Henry Civitello, Kristen Porac, Sarah Warecke and her great niece and nephews Hailey, Vincent and Michael Tewksbury. Linda spent most of her life in West Haven attending St. Lawrence School as a child then graduating from West Haven High School. She attended the Barbizon School of Modeling. She enjoyed creating and appreciating artwork. During Linda's life, she surpassed many struggles. Linda suffered a great battle with mental illness. Her soul is now at an eternal rest and she will be missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be on Monday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Lawrence Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
