To Carol's family and to you in particular, Dee, I send loving thoughts and my special memories of Carol. Her warm smile and comfortable manner were magnets for all of us MIA Deltoids. We loved to be in her company and listen to her smooth, lovely voice, learn from her sensible viewpoint and knowledge while enjoying her low-key and always kind sense of humor. At one point, while I was a supervisor with Carol, I was asked to do some of the interviewing of job applicants for MIA 654 and was placed with Carol for on-the-job training. What an example of professionality, confidence and serenity she presented! I wondered how I would, as she did, so calmly and beautifully handle these challenging interviews, setting the applicant at ease while observing what seemed like a million important points and asking just the right questions in just the right way, then making the right decision (the wrong ones tended to stay with us in a very high profile way, for a very long time). She did all of this right, easily it seemed, introducing herself with a subdued friendliness, saying "Hello! I'm Carol, and I work for Delta." Perfect. Somehow that memory just stays with me, of Carol sitting there smiling, the ideal representative of Delta and one of the most capable, charming and just plain nicest persons I've ever known!

love,

I worked with Carol at the Mutual bldg on Brickell and she was wonderful. Very cute and quietly
humorous. The last time I saw her was in Palm Coast,Fla when she came down to see one of her best friends,Re Curtis. I am sure that they are again together in a better place..

I learned so much from Carol. When she was my supervisor, she always told me to treat everyone as you would like to be treated. Later, when I was her supervisor, I really tried to use her philosophy on life. She was a kind and gentle soul with enough "spark" to make her an interesting person. I value the time that I knew her and am very thankful for her presence in all of our lives at Delta.

Carol, as others have said "was a great lady" and a dear friend. We became friends when we were promoted to Sales Supervisors. She always was a kind and gentle person. She was the person who recommended that I purchase a Bernina sewing maching (which I had never heard of). I now have three machines and remember her every time I sit down to use them!!!!
I pray that His strength and compassion will confort you and your family; and that soon, only happy memories of Carol will will your hearts.

I was very fortunate to have had Carol as my supervisor at Delta in Miami Reservations. She was always very kind, gentle and a true lady in all the sense of the word. I respected and admired her. Her beautiful smile had a very positive effect on all of us.

I worked with Carol for many years at Delta-Miami Reservations. When I think of her, the word special comes to mind. She was a special person, with a special smile, and made each person she encountered at Delta feel special. Unfortunately, I had not seen her in quite a few years but I will always remember her. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

Carol was so a special person, she was my supervisor at Delta. She was always so calm, soft spoken and no matter what, always smiling. I always remember her with her high heels (like me), her makeup perfect, what a lady! I am sure she is now at peace with our Lord. We have one more Angel looking over us.

Carol and I kept in contact up until the time you all moved to North Carolina. We worked together at Delta for several years. She was a great friend with an awesome smile. She loved her family very much. My prayers and thoughts go out to all of you.

Carol had such a special way about her...calm, witty and authentic. I just loved working with and knowing her (at Delta) and I'm certain she is with the angels in a very special place in heaven. May she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Carol's death. Please accept my sincere sympathy. Though it has been many years since I have seen her I have many good and fond memories of her as an older cousin. She was fun and beautiful and everything a young girl wanted to be. I stayed with Aunt Lucile, Uncle Arnold and Carol when my younger brother was born and thought it was the greatest thing to share Carol's room and have her attention.
