Dear Donna and Family - my sympathies to you and all the family in the passing of your Mum this past October -- yes, she will be missed and we sure missed her from our Church Family here in Jordan Station!! --- I came to JSUC in 1956 and throughout the years of our services and events of WA and later UCW, we along with Mary had a lot of fun and fellowship praying, cooking, baking and all kinds of events - all Mary's many talents and working together those many years!! - oh the dinners, sewing of choir gowns, weddings, decorating cakes galore and so many other talents that Mary had so beautifully carried out!! - she was truly a very 'hard worker' and we could always depend on her doing the impossible!! - yes we sure have missed Mary and now have wonderful memories of years back!! - a 'big Thank You Mary' for the friendships we shared all those many years!! - Blessings and Hugs to all the Family from Jean Foster - Jordan Station United Church Friend and Friends!!

Dear Donna, So sorry for your loss. Had some lovely times with Mary at Reta Farrell's home in Jordan. I remember lunches in the back porch and some great chit-chats. Mary was always coming up with great stories from the past, I heard about life in Huntsville, the Farmerettes and about life in Jordan. She always had innovative ways of doing things around the garden and house. Think I still have some hen & chicks plants from your place. Mary also made a lovely wedding cake for our daughter. Heartfelt condolences to you and yours.
