Margaret Unruh Obituary

Margaret Ann "Maggie" Unruh May 24, 1955 - November 23, 2022 Margaret "Maggie" Ann Unruh passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 23rd, 2022 at the age of 67. She lived the majority of her life in her home in Cle Elum where she and her husband Robert "Bob" Unruh moved to, in the 1970's. Margaret was a woman who was happy with the simple things in life. She loved taking long drives, and going to church with her boyfriend, Roger. Maggie really enjoyed going to the ocean and walking on the beach. She eagerly welcomed people into her life as her family. She loved having visitors, and loved her many grandchildren, even if they were not born into her family. Maggie worked for many years as a housekeeper at the Timberlodge in Cle Elum, and retired from that work in the 1990's.

Maggie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Bob Unruh. She was survived by her boyfriend Roger, her son Matthew Unruh Sr., her daughter Michelle Anderson, her grandchildren by birth and marriage: Victoria Unruh, Matthew Unruh Jr., Olivia Unruh, Samuel Unruh, Adrena Baker, Mariah Phillips, Elaina Baker, Lydia Baker, and Emma Baker.

Maggie's celebration of life will be at the Cle Elum Seventh Day Adventist Church at 10am on February 4th 2023. Please come and enjoy a time of remembrance of an amazing woman.
