BECHERER
Emily Sophie Becherer, age 88, died February 13th at her residence in Florence, KY. She was a retired buyer/purchasing agent for General Electric in DeKalb, Illinois and Holland, Michigan. Survivors include her daughter Marlene Becherer of Florence, KY and son Richard Becherer of Elburn, IL. Emily was the grandmother of Laura Halder, Angela Hansa, Phillip Becherer, Angel Wilder, Thomas Colyer and Julie Chieco. Emily was the great grandmother of 12. Emily was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Becherer and her brother, Adolph Miller. Visitation will be Friday evening, 2/22, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home in DeKalb, Illinois and Saturday visitation, 2/23, will be 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. followed by the funeral service at Immanuel Lutheran Church in DeKalb. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Montgomery, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be made to Hebron Lutheran Church, 3140 Limaburg Road, Hebron, KY 41048 or Immanuel Lutheran Church, 511 Russell Road, DeKalb, IL 60115

Dear Rich and Marlene,
