Tony "Frank" Simon, The Fuller Brush Man, 85, of Cold Spring, KY. passed away on March 13, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center,Fort Thomas, KY. Tony was one of twelve children born in Cold Spring, Kentucky where he has spent the last 48 years of his life. A Salesman all his life, he sold Fuller Brush products for 62 yrs. and Electrolux sweepers for 40 yrs. Member of St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring and a member of the Senior's Club. He was an Avid card player and belonged to many card clubs with his family and friends. Volunteered at the Campbell County Senior Center where he ran the Monday morning pinochle game. His love was being with his family. Born March 2, 1929 in Cold Spring, KY to the late Adam Simon and Clara Kroger Simon. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Harold, Albert, Rudolph and Cliff, sisters, Alvina, Marcella, Evelyn, Anna Mae and Jean. Survived by his Wife of 63 years, Jane (nee Krebs) Simon of Cold Spring, KY, Sons, Rick (Alice) Simon of Alexandria, KY, Bob (Shirley) Simon of Alexandria, KY, Daughters, Sharon (Dennis) Geiger of Cold Spring, KY, Judy (Gary) Leick of Ft. Thomas, KY, Lisa (Bill) Fleissner of Alexandria, KY, Brenda (Dan) Niehaus of Taylor Mill, KY.and Diana (Jerry) Lichtenfeld of Ft. Thomas, KY, Brother, Louis (Carole) Simon of Ft. Wright, KY, Sister, Ruth Kramer of Southgate, KY, Brother-in-law, Norm (Eunice) Nassano of Bellevue, KY, Sister-in-law, Janet Simon of Ft. Thomas, KY, 21 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Visitation 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, March 17, 2014 at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 S. Ft. Thomas Ave., Ft. Thomas, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring, Kentucky, with Rev. Gerald Reinersman, officiating. Burial will take place in the St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Memorials are suggested to the St. Joseph Church Capital Campaign Fund, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
