Alta M, 72 of Newport passed away Nov 3 at St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Charles "Tom" Jacob, son Daniel T. Jacob and step-sister Diane Bearse. Visitation will be held Wed, Nov 6 from 10am -10:45am at Evergreen Cemetery Chapel with services beginning at 10:45. Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport serving the family.
