Linda Hetterick

Cold Spring - Linda Carol Hetterick (nee Schoborg), 60, of Cold Spring, passed away after battling frontotemporal dementia on Sunday, March 4th, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Ft. Thomas. She was a retired Registered Nurse who spent the final 15 years of her career lovingly caring for the residents of Carmel Manor where she worked in the restorative care program, which she helped to develop. Linda was a member of St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring, and was on the committee that started the kindergarten program at St. Joseph School. Linda was also a Girl Scout leader for many years. She loved to travel, including multiple trips to Europe and other international destinations. Linda was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Schoborg. Linda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 40 years, Bob Hetterick of Cold Spring, Kentucky; daughters, Jessica Hetterick and Elyse Hetterick; mother, Mary Schoborg (nee Lichtwadt); grandson, Alec Hetterick-Robbins; and sisters, Elizabeth Kromer and Sherri (Michael) Broering. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Thursday, March 8th, at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 South Ft. Thomas Avenue, Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 9th, at St. Joseph Church, Cold Spring, Kentucky, with the burial to follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Ft. Thomas.
