Joseph Sharp Obituary
Florence - Joseph L. Sharp, 71, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. He was a pastor for over 40 plus years and served as Associate Pastor at Central Church of the Nazarene in Ft. Wright. Joe loved to preach and share God's word and help anyone in need. He was a bit of a jokester and loved the great outdoors. Most of all, Joe loved his family, especially his girls, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 52 years, Ruth Sharp of Florence; daughters, Connie Seay of Bellevue, Barb Johnson of Elsmere, Victoria Sharp of Newport, Christina Partin of Erlanger; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and his beloved dog, Matti. Visitation is on Monday, June 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the hour of Service at 12:00 PM all in Central Church of the Nazarene, 2006 Pieck Dr, Fort Wright, KY 41011. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested the charity of donor's choice. Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home is serving the family.
