STRATMAN

Catherine Lee Stratman (nee Northcutt), 86 years of age of Ft. Mitchell, KY passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Madonna Manor Care Center. Loving mother of Dr. Joe Stratman (Nancy). Loving Nana of Jimmy Stratman and Katie Stratman. Dear sister of Margie Kidwell and Gail Northcutt. Preceded in death by her brother James Northcutt and her sister Dorothy Webb. Cathie was retired from Procter and Gamble where she worked in Field Advertising. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and St. Agnes Church. Cathie was a founding member of New Beginnings, the Divorced and Separated Catholic Ministry of the Diocese of Covington. She also served on the Common Policies Committee, the Task Force on Pastoral Planning and Renewal for the Diocese of Covington, the Blue Ribbon Commission on Diocesan Facilities and served on the Diocesan Pastoral Council, chairing the Allocation Committee. Cathie was the chairperson of the Diocesan Centennial Celebration, Catholics Celebrate Church. She was nominated as an Outstanding Woman of Kentucky in 1985. Cathie enjoyed traveling around the world, reading all genres of books, playing dominoes and mahjong and cards with the Happy Timers and spending time with her grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm at St. Agnes Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 6:30 pm. Burial will be at St. Stephen Cemetery. MIDDENDORF Funeral Home in Ft.
