Edgewood - Charyn Hesselman Lonneman 71 of Edgewood, KY was called to heaven by our Heavenly Father on Friday, March 2nd. Preceded in death by her father Charles and mother Leona Hesselman and grandson, Braden Blair . She leaves the following family members: Husband George Lonneman, Son Joseph Lorenzen (Mary Ann), Son Jeff Lorenzen (Marsha), Daughter Chalee Engelhard (Scott), Son David Lorenzen (Julie),Daughter Dawn Blair (Jeff), and Daughter Tara Baker (Brian). She also leaves fifteen grandchildren (Jared Lorenzen, Jordan Lorenzen, Jennifer Lee, Joe Konen , Jeff Konen, Katie Mason, Sara Lorenzen, Joseph Lorenzen, Walker Engelhard, Alex Engelhard, Cole Lorenzen, Mia Lorenzen, Nick Blair, Peyton Blair, and Breanna Baker. In addition, she has 7 great grandchildren. She was the youngest of four sisters: Nancy Stevens, Becky Caldwell (Bob) and Judy Green (Mike). Charyn was a member of the Erlanger Lions Club and served in many capacities, including President and Secretary. In addition, she was a member of the Kentucky Lions Hall of Fame, and at her passing she served as the President of the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation, in the past she served twice as Governor of District 43T. Visitation will be Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. Thomas Church, 26 E. Villa Place, Fort Thomas, KY 41075, with memorial mass immediately following at 12 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held following the mass at the Florence Lions Park, 26 Lacresta Drive, Florence, KY 41042 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the Kentucky Lions Club Eye Foundation, 301 East Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville, KY 40202. Special condolences may be given at DOBBLING,MUEHLENKAMP-ERSCHELL FUNERAL HOME assisting the family.
