Lexington - Dallas R. Trinkle, Jr., born on June 7, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio, died peacefully in Lexington, Kentucky on Thursday March 1, 2018, following a prolonged illness. He was 72 years old. He is preceded by Dallas R. Trinkle, Sr. (deceased) and Wanda Trinkle, and is the oldest of Wanda Trinkle's six children: Stanford, Deborah, Daniel, Carlton, and Elizabeth. Dallas is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gail A. Trinkle, his son Dallas R. Trinkle, III and wife Devon W. Hague, daughter Christine A. Trinkle and husband Jonathan Wenk, and grandson Dallas Jacobi Trinkle-Hague. They lived most of their adult lives in Hebron, Kentucky, and together ran Acramold Engineering, Inc. until the fall of 2017. Dallas was an active member of the business community in northern Kentucky and worked with several local groups that focused on education.
