To Jason's family and friends,
I didn't know Jason personally but my boyfriend and I used to see him at St. Benilde masses. I lost my boyfriend 3 months ago the same way, and he was also a landscaper like Jason...things are so strangely similar. I want you all to know that I wanted to reach out to Jason in these last few months and tell him that I was praying for him, but never had the chance. I am certainly continuing to pray -- for his family and loved ones at this time of tremendous loss and grief, and praying that God takes him into His Heavenly home and grants him eternal peace and joy. I truly understand what you all are going through and wanted to reach out and let you know that you are not alone, that even me, a total stranger, is praying for you.

JAY WAS A VERY FUN LOVING PERSON WHO CARED ABOUT HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND LOVED HIS DOGS. HE IS MISSED BY EVERYONE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ITS NOT THE SAME RIP JAY NOW WHO IS GOING TO TELL ME TO TURN MY RADIO DOWN IN MY CAR AND WHO AM I GOING TO TELL NOT UNTIL YOU(JAY) TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN FIRST RIP JAY MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD WE LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU JAY

I was so sorry and very saddened to hear about Jason. Unfortunately we haven't been in contact since we were kids. It makes you realize how very short life is. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and our family in this time of loss. May God send His angels to comfort us all. I am thiking of you heavily Aunt Sharon and please know that I love you. I am going to miss Jay very much, this is such a huge shock to everyone. I already miss walking outside my house and seeing him next door, we always had such a great friendship and loved when we would just hang out talk! He has no idea how much he is missed by everyone, the neighborhood is just not the same. God Bless you Jay! I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers always!

Jason was a dear

Jason was not only a best friend but part of our family. Jason is the Godfather to both my boys. We all love him and miss him dearly. There are so many special moments and memories that we shared. That is what we will carry in our hearts.God bless you Jason

We shared many family get-togethers, birthdays and holidays with Jason that we will never forget. He has been a part of our family for years now, and he will truly be missed. Our prayers and love go out to Jen, Jon and Nick, and of course the many close friends he left behind. God bless you Jason.

I don't even know where to begin. Last time I saw jason was like 10 years ago. I have so many fond memories with him. He was one of my best buds growing up in the Fairfield subdivision. Jason's passing has made me realize how short life really is. To his family, may God wrap his arms around y'all and comfort you all in your time of need. May he rest in peace!!!! Gone but never forgotten!!!!
