I am just now seeing this with the sad news. Mr. Bradley was my teacher (Wayne Hills HS Class of 1972), my friend, and a mentor in life philosophy. I was the manager of the Wayne Hills HS cross country team in 1971 and 1972, and I was also Mr. Bradley's "spotter" in the football press box for his inimitable and long-renowned play-by-play calls of Wayne Hills football games (at a time when wins were few and far between and he/we had to keep ourselves and the fans entertained). He was a great teacher who truly cared about his students and his colleagues, and who know that the classroom was important, but other lessons (perhaps even more important in the long run) could be learned outside of geography class. I have many warm memories of him and will miss him greatly. RIP, John.

Mr. Bradley was my teacher and my coach, and over the years I can't think of anyone who was more consistently upbeat and enthusiastic about Life every minute of every day. He made his students of all levels and walks of life feel respected and human, all the while teaching us about maybe the most important lesson that Life may have to offer: be kind. Oh, what a coach, teacher, friend, mentor, and kind-hearted man. Mr. Bradley leaves us with so many wonderful memories of a life well-lived and of a man who has had an impact on so many people, especially during our formative years. I was one of the lucky ones able to call him Coach...so many wonderful memories revolve around him. I'm sure he is making some ladies shoot a lot of free throws in Heaven! My thoughts and prayers to the entire Bradley Family...

Mr.Brads. What can one say about a man that was truly "larger than life" He touched many lives and even after 30 years since WHHS there are some people you just don't forget.
I was in his world geography class but didn't learn so much about places in the world as your "place" in the world. As a 17 yr old he showed me kindness, compassion, respect and true caring. As "big" as he was he taught you that as a man it was OK to be sensitive and to give someone a "hug" if need be.
It was truly an honor to have known this man and to all who did I am certain they are better off for it.
Celebrating a life well lived.
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Bradley. My memories extend behind his 10th grade Geography class-he was active in all aspects of student life at Wayne Hills. "The Voice", he was truly "present" in all that we did, sharing in our victories, struggles and challenges. I also remember that you lived in the Valley Road Apartments the same time that I lived there while attending Hills. He was a great teacher and a great mentor to students and I would like to echo-one of the very best ever at Wayne Hills! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was lucky to know Mr. Bradley both as a basketball coach, AND as the chaperone (along with Mrs. Bradley) on an unforgettable 10-day trip through Europe - a trip that proved to be one of the best decisions I ever made! His kindness, generosity, and humor will be remembered and missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Coach Bradley and his family. He was my basketball coach at WHHS and I have many fond and hysterically funny memories of those 4 years. I still laugh thinking about every time we were in a close or tough game, the first thing he would do is offer us a "stick of gum". Funny, funny guy. Larger than life and a person that touched thousands of lives for the better. Rest in peace to this gentle giant and most beloved teacher of WHHS. Jeralyn Lawrence
