WATERS
Mary Anne, 67, of Paramus, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Before retiring Mary Anne worked as a Teacher for the Jersey City Board of Education in Jersey City, NJ; she also taught at PS #17, Joseph H. Brensinger. Mary Anne was a Graduate of St. Aloysius Academy in Jersey City, NJ. She was a member of the National Education Association, Hudson County Education Association and the State Education Association. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation RC Church in Paramus.
Beloved cousin of Dr. Thomas Mc Govern and his wife Veronica of New Rochelle, NY, Lorraine Taylor and her husband Gary of Hueytown, AL, Joan Philbis of Florida and Andrew Tar and his wife Nancy of Stanford, CT. Beloved godmother of JoAnne Tar. Loving friend of William Ennis and his wife Marie.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 14, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113-S Farview Ave., Paramus. Funeral Service Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 9:30 AM from the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Paramus, followed by a 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation RC Church, Paramus. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Christian Health Care Foundation, 301 Sicomac Avenue Wyckoff, NJ 07481 or to Our Lady of the Visitation RC Church, 234 North Farview Avenue Paramus, NJ 07652.
